Muscat – The Royal Navy of Oman responded to a distress report after a cargo ship flying the flag of Malta was struck by two missiles near the Strait of Hormuz.
Naval units swiftly intervened at the scene, rescuing all 24 crew members on board the vessel. The crew were provided with the necessary medical care and were reported to be in good health.
