His Majesty speaks with Egyptian President, Jordanian King over phone

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has made two telephone calls, speaking with the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. 

Oman News Agency (ONA), reported that His Majesty the Sultan spoke over two telephone calls with the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

During the calls, they discussed developments of the military escalation currently witnessed in the region following the Israeli and US strikes on the Islamic Republic of Iran and its repercussions on security and stability in the region and the world. 

The leaders stressed the need for an immediate cessation of the bombardment, laying emphasis on reverting back to dialogue and diplomacy.
