PALLEKELE- Pakistan were eliminated from the T20 World Cup after they failed to restrict co-hosts Sri Lanka to 147 needed to qualify as the second team from Super Eight in Group B on Saturday.
Chasing 213 to win, Sri Lanka crossed 147 runs mark in the 16th over to deny Pakistan and let New Zealand join England from the group in the semi-finals.
