CDAA rescues injured child from Khasab, admits to hospital

Muscat: Rescue teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) in Musandam Governorate responded to an incident involving a child who sustained a foot fracture in the coastal village of Shaisa, Wilayat of Khasab.

Due to adverse weather conditions, the injured child was first transported by sea aboard a fishing boat, then evacuated by land using a mountain ambulance and a heavy rescue vehicle.

Emergency medical care was provided on site, after which the child was transferred to hospital to receive the necessary treatment.
