Muscat--- A distinguished assembly of officials and ambassadors from sister nations have conveyed their profound admiration for the monumental achievements witnessed by the Sultanate of Oman on the occasion of its Glorious National Day.
They unanimously hailed the nation's trajectory under the sagacious leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, while affirming the profound depth of historical and steadfast relations binding their countries with the Sultanate of Oman. They further lauded Oman's vanguard role in entrenching regional cooperation and fortifying the avenues of shared development.
Jassem Mohammed Al Budaiwi, GCC Secretary-General voiced his immense pride in the monumental accomplishments realized by the Sultanate of Oman across all domains. These achievements, he emphasized, are dedicated to the prosperity of its people and secure its distinguished stature both regionally and internationally. He extended his sincerest wishes for the Sultanate of Oman's perpetual advancement and flourishing under its discerning leadership and its aspirational future vision.
Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Yamahi, President of the Arab Parliament, declared that this treasured national occasion is cherished not solely by the people of the Sultanate of Oman, but also by the heart of every Arab. He paid tribute to the developmental milestones attained by the Sultanate of Oman under the wise guidance of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik—a journey propelled by "Oman Vision 2040," which embodies a bold blueprint for comprehensive development. He expressed his aspirations for the Sultanate of Oman, its visionary leadership, and its cherished people to attain ever-greater progress and prosperity.
In his remarks, Ibrahim bin Saad bin Bishan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Sultanate of Oman, said, "As we mark the National Day of the Sultanate of Oman, we evoke the profound historical bonds between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman—a relationship that now stands as a paradigm of entrenched partnership and a collective vision steering towards a radiant future."
He elaborated that the fraternal ties between the two nations are established upon the unshakable pillars of mutual respect, common interests, and a unified destiny. They are linked by deep-rooted historical, cultural, and geographical bonds, whose foundations were laid through continuous interaction and synergy between the two countries’ peoples.
He indicated that the bilateral relations are progressing resolutely on a course of cooperation and collective edification, demonstrating palpable advancement under the astute leaderships of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
He affirmed that Saudi-Omani relations presently stand at the dawn of a new epoch of prosperity and integration, anchored in a common heritage and a unified vision for a future founded upon development, sustainability, and affluence. By the grace of the discerning leadership in both nations, the spirit of collaboration is being continually rejuvenated, thereby solidifying their status as strategic partners who jointly contribute to delineating the contours of the region's future.
Dr. Juma bin Ahmed Al Kaabi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Sultanate of Oman, stated, "The twentieth of November constitutes an eternal and exceptional day, a seminal landmark in the annals of the Omani people—a people steadfast in their loyalty to the leader of Oman's renewed renaissance, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik the Great."
He articulated his immense pride and honour in the progression and prosperity witnessed by the Sultanate of Oman across local, regional, and international stages. This progress, he noted, invigorates the march of development and accelerates its momentum across diverse sectors, thereby elevating the Sultanate of Oman into the echelons of advanced nations, as it astutely leverages the inherent assets and natural bounty abundant throughout all its governorates.
He extolled the exemplary nature of Bahraini-Omani relations, characterizing them as deeply rooted and anchored in the depths of history. He highlighted that they serve as a model worthy of emulation, founded upon solid bedrock of fraternity, mutual understanding, and a consonance of perspectives on a multitude of regional and international issues.
He elucidated that the relations between the two countries in recent years have experienced marked development, springing from the visionary outlook of the two wise leaderships—His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and his brother, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa—in their pursuit to fulfill the aspirations of the two countries’ peoples, who are united by numerous common bonds.
