Designed for founders and executive leaders of innovative, tech-based startups, the six-month programme currently admits 18 participants.
Running from August 2025 to January 2026, the programme combines workshops, case studies, structured dialogues with local and international experts, mentoring sessions, and applied projects.
The learning journey is delivered through four integrated modules addressing strategic leadership, financial planning and valuation, growth strategies, and talent management.
These enable participants to make the transition into senior leadership roles, identify new opportunities, negotiate effectively and confidently, build lasting relationships and leverage tools, including artificial intelligence, to drive sustainable growth. Participants will also focus on the financial and organisational foundations required to assess their companies’ readiness, navigate expansion risks, and align decision-making with long-term objectives.
The programme incorporates international field visits to reputed global accelerators, incubators and enterprises, alongside meetings with international experts and startup leaders. These experiences immerse participants in international best practices, expend their leadership outlook, and offer valuable opportunities to engage with potential investors and strategic partners.
