Four expats arrested for currency fraud in Oman

Muscat: Four foreigners have been arrested for defrauding several people and seizing money, said the Royal Oman Police (ROP). 

ROP said in a statement :"The General Department of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations arrested four Egyptian nationals after they defrauded several people by promoting the exchange of counterfeit foreign currency for legal currency at attractive prices, and seizing all the money they had in their possession during the exchange process."
