Three arrested for attempting to smuggle narcotics, enter Oman illegally

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested three smugglers for attempting to enter the Sultanate of Oman illegally and smuggling large quantity of narcotics via a boat. 

ROP said in a statement :"Dhofar Governorate Coast Guard Police arrested three individuals of Yemeni nationality for attempting to enter the country illegally and smuggling a large quantity of narcotics via a boat coming from the Republic of Yemen. Legal procedures are being completed."

This operation highlights the ongoing efforts of Oman's police forces to combat illegal activities and ensure the country's security.
