Shangri-La Al Husn invites you to experience the culinary soul of Lebanon with Niyyali, an exclusive week-long dining pop-up through the authentic flavours of Lebanese cuisine. From April 8 to April 15, indulge in an unforgettable gastronomic experience led by Executive Sous Chef Ali Alhajj from Shangri-La Jeddah. 

With nearly two decades of expertise, Chef Ali Alhajj brings more than mastery to the table, he brings heart. As the Regional Centre of Excellence Specialist for Arabic Cuisine at Shangri-La Group, Chef Ali’s dishes reflect both precision and passion, drawing from Lebanon’s deep-rooted culinary traditions to create a soulful, elevated experience.

A journey of flavour and tradition 

Each evening, guests will be treated to a soulful celebration of Lebanon’s rich culinary heritage, through classic mezze, soulful spices, and heartfelt hospitality, all served with a contemporary twist. The à la carte menu begins at just OMR 4 per dish, offering a delicious array of options for every palate. For those seeking a more indulgent experience, the set menu includes three cold mezze, three hot mezze, one main course, and a dessert, all thoughtfully crafted for OMR 25 per person.

Set against the serene and elegant backdrop of Shangri-La Al Husn, this week-long experience offers a blend of culture, connection, and culinary discovery. Guests are invited to join daily from April 8 to April 15, from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, for an immersive exploration of Lebanon’s rich gastronomic heritage, embarking on a journey that leaves a lasting impression well beyond the final bite.
