Three children saved from drowning in South Al Batinah

Muscat: The maritime rescue team of the Coast Guard Unit in South Al Batinah successfully rescued three children from drowning after they were swept away by strong sea currents in the Khour Al-Suwadi area of Wilayat Barka.

The children received immediate first aid and are now in good health, the Royal Oman Police said.

The Royal Oman Police has issued a safety advisory, urging everyone to closely monitor children while swimming and avoid areas with strong waves currents to ensure their safety.
