Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued four Royal Decrees, reading as follows:
Royal Decree No. (23/2025) on ratifying the agreement of cooperation in the field of maritime transport and ports between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Kingdom of Morocco, signed in Rabat on 4 July 2023.
Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
Royal Decree No. (24/2025) on ratifying the agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Cyprus on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, signed in Muscat on 8 December 2024.
Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
Royal Decree No. (25/2025) on ratifying the agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the United Republic of Tanzania on the Elimination of Double Taxation on Income Taxes and the Prevention of Tax Evasion, signed in Muscat on 15 December 2024.
Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
Royal Decree No. (26/2025) on ratifying the agreement on air transport between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Djibouti, signed in Muscat on 6 January 2025.
Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
