Tunisian President receives Interior Minister

Tunis: President Kais Saied of the Tunisian Republic received at the Presidential Palace today Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior.

This meeting took place when the Tunisian President received the Arab Interior Ministers, participating in the 42nd session of the Arab Interior Ministers Council.

During the meeting, the minister conveyed greetings and best wishes of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to President Saied and the people pf Tunisia.

On his turn, President Said asked the minister to convey his greetings and best wishes to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people.

The Tunisian President lauded the effective and important role of the Arab Interior Ministers Council in coordinating security cooperation among Arab countries, wishing the 42nd session success to meet the aspirations of the Arab leaders and peoples.

The meeting touched on the efforts made by the Council to maintain the security and safety of Arab countries.
