Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM), in collaboration with the Supreme Judicial Council, has launched the Najiz Programme to strengthen Oman’s judicial competencies.
Designed for 59 presidents of primary and appeal courts and aligning with the nation’s strategic vision to further improve and streamline procedures in the judicial system, the new programme aims to enhance judicial leadership and equip court officials with the knowledge and tools required to ensure swift and effective justice.
The Najiz Programme aims to advance efficiency and foster leadership excellence, which will contribute to reinforcing public confidence in the legal framework and enhancing institutional performance within the judiciary system.
Carefully designed to address adaptive leadership skills and managerial competencies deemed essential for court presidents to fulfill their judicial responsibilities, the Najiz Programme will enable participants to practice their strategic and creative thinking, decision-making, change management, and stress management skills while enhancing their ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
The programme integrates global best practices in judicial governance with practical tools to support participants in effectively navigating and responding to the ever-evolving requirements of their sector.
Additionally, the programme serves as a platform for participants to form a leadership community and exchange experiences and insights, benefiting from the expertise of leading specialists in judicial administration.
The knowledge and skills acquired are directly applicable to their professional roles, enhancing both individual and institutional performance.

The content of the three-day programme consists of more than 15 hours of intensive learning while a cohort format maximises participant engagement and provides participants with a peer network. The curriculum integrates practical applications with interactive discussions, providing participants with real-world scenarios that reflect actual working environments.
