Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman’s Foreign Ministry has expressed its heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the governments and people of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kazakhstan following the tragic crash of an Azerbaijani Airlines aircraft near the city of Aktau in western Kazakhstan.
