At HM's behest, Sayyid Asa’ad receives Turkish official

Muscat: At the behest of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Asa’ad bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, received in his office today Mehmet Simsek, Minister of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Turkiye.

The meeting touched on several topics of mutual interest which were previously reviewed during the visit of His Majesty to Turkiye. It also discussed the latest political and economic developments on the regional and Arab arenas.

The meeting was attended by Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Sheikh Khalifa Hamad Al Badi, Secretary General at the office of HH Sayyid Asa’ad, Saif Ahmed Al Sawafi, Advisor at the office of HH Sayyid Asa’ad and Mehmet Hakimoğlu, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkiye to the Sultanate of Oman.
