Ministry of Labour launches 'Tazamun' recruitment, employment system

Muscat: Acting in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence and other military and security services, the Ministry of Labour on Wednesday launched a new recruitment and employment system named “Tazamun”. A ceremony to this effect was held at Mu'askar Al Murtafa’a Garrison under the auspices of Labour Minister Dr. Mahad Said Ba'Owain.

The ceremony included a visual presentation of “Tazamun” system and outlined efforts made to accommodate jobseekers and better serve the nation.

Yahya Mohammed Al Batashi, Director of the Department of “Other Units” at the Ministry of Labour, gave an overview of the new employment and recruitment system (Tanzum).

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Mohammed Nasser Al Za'abi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence, undersecretaries and senior officers from the Sultan's Armed Forces (SAF), departments of the Ministry of Defence and other military and security services.
