Doha: Represented by Oman ِAuthority for Academic Accreditation and Educational Quality Assurance, the Sultanate of Oman today participated in the 2nd meeting of GCC officials of Higher Education Quality Assurance.
At the meeting, held Doha, Oman was represented by Jokha Abdullah Al Shukaili, CEO of "Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Educational Quality Assurance".
The meeting dealt with a number of topics of common interest in ensuring the quality of higher education and academic accreditation in GCC states.
Key issues included a project proposed by the “Gulf Network on the Joint Database for External Reviewers”, and a project to organize training programmes and joint field studies between the "Gulf Network" and the parties tasked with ensuring the quality of higher education and academic accreditation.
