Worker who fainted at top of telecom tower rescued

Muscat: A telecommunications worker fainted while working on top of a communications network tower in Al Mudhaibi and was subsequently rescued by the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA).

According to PACDA authorities, the individual was in a stable condition when he was transported to the hospital.

In an online statement, PACDA said: ”The rescue and ambulance team at the Civil Defense and Ambulance Department in the governorate of Al Sharqiyah were able to reach a person who fainted while working at the top of a communications network tower in wilayat Al Mudhaibi, and he was transported to a hospital in a stable condition.”
