Oman weather: Rainfall reported in various parts of Sultanate

Muscat: Heavy rain has been reported in some parts of the Sultanate on Thursday, Oman TV reported.
Places like Jabel Akhdhar in Dakhiliyah region and Wadi Al Jazi in North Al Batinah had heavy rain on Thursday morning, according to the report.
Oman Meteorological Department has issued an advisory notice of thunderstorms in Saiq.
It also predicts heavy rain accompanied by heavy winds and hail storm in many parts of the Sultanate on Thursday evening.
Meteorological Department’s forecast for Thursday says that the skies over Dhofar Governorate and adjoining mountains will be cloudy with intermittent drizzle.
It also predicts chances of isolated thundershower over desert areas of Dhofar Governorate.
