His Majesty Sultan Qaboos congratulates Chadian president

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Idriss Deby of the Republic of Chad on the occasion of his country's National Day.
In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan has expressed his sincere congratulations along with his best wishes of good health and happiness to President Deby and the Chadian people further progress.
