Deputy PM for Defence receives Pakistani military official

Muscat: HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs received in his office at Al Murtafaa Garrison today General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The meeting reviewed the advanced relations between Oman and Pakistan. The two sides also discussed a set of topics of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by Vice Admiral Abdullah Khamis Al Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces.
