Muscat: In a series of recent operations, the Royal Oman Police have apprehended five individuals involved in different criminal activities across the country.
In the first case, the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command arrested a man accused of robbing six shops in the Wilayat of Ibra. The authorities have completed the legal procedures against him.
In a separate incident, the South Al Batinah Governorate Police Command detained an individual for impersonating a police officer and stealing money from an expatriate.
Additionally, the Al Buraimi Governorate Police Command arrested three individuals, including an Asian national, for stealing electrical cables and wires from several lighting poles along the main street in the Wilayat of Mahdha.
