Citizens arrested for firing live ammunition at social event in Ibri

Muscat: Eight Omani citizens have been arrested for firing live ammunition during a social event in the Wilayat of Ibri, Al Dhahirah Governorate, said the Royal Oman Police (ROP).

ROP took action after videos of the incident were shared on social media. Legal proceedings are currently underway against the arrested individuals.

This incident highlights the importance of responsible gun ownership and adherence to safety regulations.

ROP said in a statement: "The legal procedures are being completed against them."
