In line with its corporate social responsibility strategy, Floward, the go-to online flowers and gifts delivery destination in MENA and UK, today announced the successful completion of its initiative that brought joy to sick children and orphans in Oman by distributing around 2000 toys and school supplies.
Floward employees in Muscat went above and beyond by volunteering their time to personally distribute gifts to children at four hospitals in the capital city: National Heart Center, The Royal Hospital, Khoula Hospital, and Al Nahda Hospital.
In Salalah, Floward collaborated with the Omani Bahja Orphans Society, and distributed gifts including toys and school supplies, to children in need. This act of generosity guaranteed that orphans also received essential supplies and a touch of joy. The initiative spanned two months, starting from May 27th, 2024, and reaching its conclusion on July 1st, 2024.
Floward Chairman and CEO, Mr. Abdulaziz B. Al Loughani said: “At Floward, we are committed to giving back to the communities we serve. This CSR initiative allowed us to bring smiles to the faces of deserving children in Oman. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with different Omani hospitals and organizations and for the dedication of our employees who volunteered their time.”
