“Europcar Oman & Bahrain, a leading mobility services company successfully concluded its sponsorship of the prestigious 3rd Edition of the Nations Cup Tennis Tournament held recently at the Diplomatic Club in Muscat. This exclusive annual event, a highlight of the diplomatic calendar saw participation from 12 teams representing various embassies in Oman. The tournament format featured both singles & doubles competitions amongst the diplomatic community.
The event culminated in a prestigious prize distribution ceremony graced by HE Ambassador Yousuf Issa Al-Zadjali, Head of Human Resources at the Oman Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His presence underscored the importance of the tournament in strengthening international relations and fostering a spirit of sportsmanship amongst diplomats. The Omani team emerged victorious in both the singles and doubles competitions showcasing their exceptional talent and dedication on the court. Notably, India the defending champions for the past 2 years emerged as the well-deserved runner up team.
