Bank Muscat Wins the “Best Places to Work” Award for 2024

MUSCAT – In recognition of its pioneering role in the field of developing human resources and cultivating an ideal work environment, Bank Muscat, the leading financial service provider in the Sultanate of Oman, was honoured with the global prestigious award “Best Places to Work for 2024” presented from “Best Places to Work”, a prestigious global institution in the United Kingdom. This distinguished award was given to the Bank based on the results of an evaluation assessing work culture and employee satisfaction, as well as a thorough review of HR policy and processes. The Bank scored highly on the majority of the award parameters, qualifying for this award, which recognises international organisations that play an important role in areas that encompass continuous work environment development, enhancing employee experience, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
