Potato Corn Salad With Avocado Dressing- a refreshing, cold summer salad of potatoes, cabbage and corn tossed in avocado dressing!


• 2 potatoes- boiled and cubed

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 teaspoon cumin powder

• salt and pepper to taste

• 1 cup sweet corn,

• 1 cup shredded cabbage


• half an avocado

• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

• 1/2 cup water

• 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves

• 1 small clove of garlic

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• a dash of lime juice


• Mix the olive oil and cumin powder together in a small bowl. Meanwhile, pulse all the dressing ingredients in a food processor until mostly smooth.

• Toss the potatoes, corn and cabbage with the dressing, olive oil - cumin mix and season with salt and pepper as per taste. Serve cold.

Avocado Parathas- protein packed parathas of whole wheat flour with the goodness of avocados!


• 1/2 cup avocado flesh

• 1 cup whole wheat flour, some more for dusting

½ teaspoon cumin powder

¼ tsp red chilli powder

• salt to taste

• ghee to pan fry the parathas

• water, to knead the dough

• 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves- finely chopped


• Add cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves to the avocado pulp. Mix well.

• In another bowl take 1 cup of whole wheat flour and add the avocado mixture to the flour.

• Mix well and knead to a smooth dough, adding little water as and when required.

• Cover and keep aside for 20 minutes.

• Heat a skillet on medium heat and in the meanwhile make equal size balls from the dough.

• Take one ball, dust it with flour and flatten it using your palm.

• Roll the paratha using a rolling pin.

• Place the paratha on the heated skillet and let it cook.When one side is lightly browned,flip the paratha and drizzle some ghee on top. Flip again and drizzle ghee on the other side as well. Flip again and press with a spatula for few seconds.Serve hot with yoghurt and pickle.

Easy Avocado Chocolate Mousse- is the quickest and most delicious, no fuss dessert that will be loved by one and all!


• flesh of 2 ripe avocados

• 1/4 cup cocoa powder

• 1/4 cup melted chocolate chips

• 3-4 tbsp milk

• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

• 1/4 cup fine sugar


• Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.Pour in dessert glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours.

• Serve chilled

Avocado Strawberry Smoothie-a creamy and healthy breakfast or snack recipe. It’s ready in less than 5 minutes and requires just 3 fruits!


• 1/3 avocado

• 12 strawberries

• 1/2 banana

• 1/2 cup water

• 1/2 cup ice


• Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed till creamy.

• Serve chilled
