Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik sent a cable of condolence and sympathy to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), on the death of Prince Badr bin Abdul Mohsen bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere condolences and sympathies. His Majesty also prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the deceased’s soul in peace in paradise and grant his family patience.
Renowned Saudi poet Prince Badr bin Abdul Mohsen bin Abdulaziz Al Saud passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at the age of 75. He was widely recognised in the Saudi and Arab world as a leading figure and one of the most prominent pioneers of contemporary poetry in the Arabian Peninsula.
