Renew company registrations or face action, Oman ministry warns

Muscat: Businesses which fail to renew expired commercial registrations within six months from today will face action, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has said in an announcement.
“Those who fail to renew the commercial registrations will be suspended from the Invest Easy System and move them to inactive establishment register which will stop their transactions with the public and private bodies associated with the system,” the ministry announcement said.
“The data of companies holding expired commercial registers can will be published in the Invest Easy Portal,” the announcement added.
The registers’ data can be found in “General Announcements” tab in the portal.
