ROP carries out rescue of two people stuck in schoolbus

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has rescued two people after a bus carrying a group of students drifted away in a flooded valley in the Niyabat Samad Al Shan, North Al Sharqiyah Governorate.

ROP said in a statement: "Police aviation carried out a rescue operation for two people after a bus carrying a group of students drifted in a valley stream in the Niyabat Samad Al Shan. The other missing persons are being searched for and transferred to Ibra Hospital."
