Sayyid Badr receives US Special Envoy for Yemen

Muscat: Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister on Wednesday received in his office Tim Lenderking, US Special Envoy for Yemen.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the Yemeni crises and the current escalation in the region.

They underscored the importance of ending the war and achieving a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, as well as facilitating the entry of relief and humanitarian aid.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Ahmed Hashel Al Maskari, Head of the GCC Department and several officials from both sides.
