Over 40,000 visit Shabab Oman II in France

Muscat: Around 40,000 people have visited the Royal Navy of Oman’s vessel (RNOV) Shabab Oman Il over three days of its participation in the 'Armada' maritime festival in France.

On June 6, Shabab Oman II docked at the French port city of Rouen, to begin its official participation in the Armada Festival. It will stay in Rouen till 16 June 2019. The participation in Armada is a part of its fourth international tour.

The ship accords a warm welcome to visitors and 27,300 people visited the ship on the first day of the festival itself.
