Fruity Cardamom Lassi
• 2 mangoes -peeled and diced
• 5 ripe bananas- peeled and diced
• 2 - 3 strawberries - diced
• 3-4 kiwis - peeled and chopped
• 2 cups of whole milk yoghurt
• 1 cup iced water
• 1 cup milk
• 1/ tsp ground cardamom
• 1 tbsp rose water
