This international prestigious award is based on a thorough assessment of the institution’s work environment and staff satisfaction with its provisions. Based on the results of the study conducted by the international agency, the vast majority of MCBS’s academic and admin staff are happy with their work environment.
It is worth mentioning that improving work conditions has always been one of the major areas MCBS invested in during the last few decades since its establishment based on its conviction that safe, healthy, and accommodating work environment is one of the pre-requisites for productivity and innovation. MCBS’s strategy includes multiple objectives to this end, ranging from traditional activities such as staff days and performance incentives to more sophisticated initiatives aimed at boosting staff morale.
