Two drug smugglers arrested in Oman
The Royal Oman Police (ROP), has arrested two smugglers for possessing more than 120 kilograms of crystal drug , 175 tablets of psychotropic substances, and a quantity of morphine in North Al Batinah Governorate.
Over 13,000 applications received for registration of brands in 2023
The number of applications for registration and documentation of brands, under the international trademark registration system, in the Sultanate of Oman reached 13,043 in 2023 compared to 11,742 in 2022, according to the statistics of the National Intellectual Property Office at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion.
