CDAA carries out mock drill in Oman

Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA), has implemented a mock drill simulating the detonation of a tanker carrying highly flammable liquid petroleum materials.

CDAA said in a statement: "The Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Muscat Governorate, in cooperation with Najd Transport Company, carried out a joint exercise on the detonation of a tanker carrying highly flammable liquid petroleum materials. The teams dealt with the course of the exercise according to the joint emergency plan."
