It covers nearly (90%) of the residential neighborhoods, villages, and the sprawling population communities across Al-Mudhaibi, starting from the city towards Al-Rawdha area, and connecting the villages of Samad Al-Shan, Al-Akhdar, and Khadra Bani Dafa'a.
This 820-kilometer project, exceeding the planned 800 kilometers, ensures the sustainability of water services and caters to the growing urban population and expanding industrial activity. Aligned with the extended water transmission line feeding both Al-Sharqiyah Governorates, this initiative represents a significant step forward. Utilizing both wrought iron and polyethylene pipes, the total length extends to 880 kilometers, delivering water directly to homes, businesses, and industrial facilities. It also entails the installation of water booster pumps and several emergency shutdown valves, connections, and fire hydrants. Over 14,000 household connections have been established, reaching various key areas, including (6,113) connections in the urban areas of Al-Mudhaibi along with (1,541) connections in Al-Rawdah and (2,862) connections in Al-Akhdar village.
