Muscat: After a prolonged pause, the Oman Open Tennis Championship has made a triumphant return, With a Total prize money of 8000 OMR , this tournament marks a significant milestone... anticipated tennis tournament organised by the Oman Tennis Federation has witnessed a record participation of more than 130 talented players. This marks a significant milestone with respect to encouraging upcoming tennis talent in Oman.
With its commencement from yesterday , the event has set the stage for us to witness skill , dedication & sportsmanship.. Championship is being held at the esteemed Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher.
The resurgence of the Oman Open Tennis Championship marks a significant milestone, with the tournament offering a plethora of categories to cater to players of varying skill levels and demographics. From men's and women's singles to mixed doubles, as well as competitions for seasoned competitors aged over 40 and 50, the event provides a comprehensive platform for tennis enthusiasts to showcase their talent.
Scheduled to run until the 3rd of next month, the tournament unfolds daily, commencing in the evening and culminating at ten o'clock, The players were distributed after the draw for the tournament, which was held by the general referee, Kartik, and his assistant, Mohammad bin Rashid Al Falahi who was entrusted with a new task in managing such tournaments.

Similarly, in the same category, Nilesh emerged victorious against Arnai with a scoreline of 7/6, 6/3.
Saad Al-Sulaimani triumphed over Nasser Yousef with a score of 6/4, 6/3.
Rajvan demonstrated dominance over Arindam with a commanding score of 6/2, 6/0.
