Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) has rescued a family of seven people after their vehicle was stuck in a valley in the Wilayat of Ibri, Al Dhahirah Governorate. Several others have been rescued who were stranded due to flooding from heavy rains that the Sultanate of Oman is currently witnessing.
Rescue teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Al Dhahirah Governorate were able to rescue a family of 7 people after their vehicle was stuck in a valley in the Wilayat of Ibri. They are in good health.
Rescue teams from the Defence and Ambulance Department in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate dealt with a report of a vehicle with a person in it in the Wadi Al Batha stream in the Wilayat of Sinaw. The teams were able to reach and rescue him while he is in good health.
A vehicle was reported trapped in Wadi Nabar stream in the Wilayat of Liwa. Rescue teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in North Al Batinah Governorate were able to save two people and they are in good health.
