Traffic restrictions in place on Al Jabal street

Muscat: Due to prevailing weather conditions, including rain over the Sultanate of Oman, traffic has been suspended on Al-Jabal Street (Aqabat Amerat-Baushar) from both directions.

Oman News Agency (ONA) said: "Traffic was closed on Al-Jabal Street (Aqabat Amerat - Baushar) from both directions, as a precaution."

ONA  also said that thunderstorm cells and scattered rain of varying intensity form on the Governorates of North Al Batinah and Muscat, with continued chances of their formation on the coasts of the Oman Sea and the Al Hajar Mountains later.
