Oman Customs thwarts smuggling attempt, seizes 14,000 bottles of alcohol in Oman

Muscat: Oman Customs has thwarted an attempt to smuggle more than 14,000 bottles of alcoholic beverages into the Sultanate of Oman.

Oman Customs said in a statement :"Al-Wajjah Customs foils an attempt to smuggle more than 14,000 bottles of alcoholic beverages, which were hidden in a refrigerated vehicle used for transporting fruits."
