Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Thursday stressed, during a phone call with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Rishi Sunak, the necessity of stopping military operations in the Palestinian territories, protecting civilians, and ensuring access to humanitarian aid to the brotherly Palestinian people.
During the phone call, His Majesty also discussed the importance of the two-state solution, recognising the independent Palestinian state and working on everything that would consolidate regional and international stability and security.
