Indian rupee marginally recovers from record low

Muscat: The value of the Indian rupee continued to be volatile but slightly recovered, with the value of OMR1 reaching INR188.20 on Tuesday morning.
Global Exchange CEO, Madhusudhan said that this amount, though high, was still a little better from the record low of INR188.70 that the currency was facing a few days ago.
This fall in the value of INR has encouraged several Indian expats to send more money back home. “But there are a few who are waiting to see if the rupee will touch INR190,” Madhusudhan added.
