Oman condemns attack on US forces on Jordan-Syria border

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman has denounced the attack on American personnel on the Jordanian-Syrian border

  Oman News Agency (ONA) said in a statement :"The Sultanate of Oman expressed its denunciation and regret of the recent drone attack on American personnel on the Jordanian-Syrian border, which resulted in the loss of a number of lives and the injury of a group of wounded, which at the same time represented a violation of the security and sovereignty of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and constituted a new and dangerous escalation of tension in the region, as a result of the continued brutal Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip." 

In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry today, it expressed its solidarity with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and its support for the measures it is taking to preserve its security and stability, calling on all influential parties to intensify efforts to achieve security and stability in the region and stop the causes of escalation and tension, starting with deterring Israel and stopping its military aggression against the defenseless Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the rest of the occupied Palestinian territories.
