Muscat : The Ministry of Information mourned Abdullah bin Saeed Al Shuaili, who passed away on Friday, Rajab 14, 1445 AH, corresponding to January 26, 2024 due to a traffic accident.
The Ministry of Information extends its sincere condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of the late journalist Abdullah bin Saeed Al Shuaili. We ask God Almighty to have mercy on him and forgive him, and dwell him in His spacious gardens, and inspire his family and relatives patience and solace.
Abdullah bin Saeed Al Shuaili was an Omani journalist who was born and raised in the Sultanate. He worked as a newspaper reporter and program presenter, and held distinguished positions in the media field.
Al Shuaili presented a television program under the title “Economic Vision” for more than 20 years. He served as Director General of the General Directorate of Information in Dhofar Governorate.
Al Shuaili is considered one of the pillars of the media in the Sultanate thanks to his interesting career.
Al Shuaili covered many events in Oman, not to mention his distinguished role and remarkable activity in the arena and its development in keeping with the recent updates witnessed by Arab television in general.
