Oman's Embassy in Jordan clarifies regarding brawl at graduation ceremony

Muscat: The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has clarified on the quarrel that occurred between Omani students after the graduation ceremony at the University of Jordan.

The embassy said in a statement :"The embassy followed up on what was circulated, including an emotive clip of a quarrel after the graduation ceremony for Omani students studying in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and would like to clarify that it was a momentary event that was contained at the time."

"As the embassy reports that it has been seated with those who caused this event, it calls on its students to adhere to the integrity and high morals that characterise the Omani citizen wherever he is. It confirms that Omani students receive all care and attention from the embassy and the universities in which they study, " the statement added.
