Muscat CT trounce Oman Stallions, VLCC stun Renaissance

Muscat, Oman: Muscat CT trounce Oman Stallions in the Premier Division League 2023-24 powered by Muscat Pharmacy LLC at the Oman Cricket Academy Turf 1 on Saturday.  

Muscat CT posted a total of 205 courtesy Kashyap Prajapati’s salient 82 along with Sidharth Bukkapatnam contributing 41. Hasnain Ali Shah picked 4 wickets while Gagan Sodhi and Jiten Ramanandi scalped two. In response, Hasnain Ul Wahab had the innings chase in control, however, Samay Shrivastav spelled through the Oman Stallions line-up claiming 6 wickets while Afriedh KT picked 3 wickets to ensure Muscat CT an crucial victory.

In another Premier Division match played on Friday, VLCC stun Renaissance at the Oman Cricket Academy Turf 1.

VLCC managed to score only 95 runs courtesy Ahmed Fayyaz Butt’s spell of 5 wickets along with Wasim Ali and Imran Ali picking 2 wickets. Sachindu Colombage scored 23 for VLCC. In response, Renaissance were bundled to a paltry 79 as Sachindu Colombage picked 5 wickets while Abdullah Adil and Mehran Khan picked 2 wickets.
