Oman’s football team arrives in Doha to participate in AFC Asian Cup

Doha: Oman’s national football team arrived in Doha, Qatar, to participate in the AFC Asian Cup 2023 during the period from 12 January to 10 February 2024.

The national team will commence its training this evening in Doha under the leadership of Croatian coach Branko Ivankovic.

Further, the national team will play among the 6th group which constitutes the national teams of Saudi Arabia, Kyrgyzstan and Thailand.

The red team’s first match will be played against its Saudi counterpart on 16 January in Khalifa International Stadium, followed by a match against Thailand on 21 January in the same venue and a game against Kyrgyzstan on 25th January.
