Oman rejects Israeli statement on displacement of Palestinians from Gaza

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman expressed its categorical rejection of statements made by officials in the Israeli government regarding the displacement of the Palestinian population from the Gaza Strip‬⁩.

The Omani Foreign Ministry said: “The Sulltanate of Oman affirms its firm position in considering the Gaza Strip an integral part of the occupied Palestinian territories stipulated in the UN resolutions binding Israel to withdraw from all the lands it occupied and return to the 1967 borders, ensuring the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on all its lands, with East Jerusalem as its capital.”
