Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has left the Sultanate of Oman heading to the State of Kuwait to offer condolences and sympathy on the death of the late Emir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
